{"id":640,"date":"2012-05-02T21:04:58","date_gmt":"2012-05-02T21:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.internews.org.rw\/?p=640"},"modified":"2023-11-01T21:12:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T21:12:03","slug":"kamonyi-civil-servants-lay-new-strategies-on-labor-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.internews.org.rw\/news\/kamonyi-civil-servants-lay-new-strategies-on-labor-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Kamonyi Civil Servants Lay New Strategies on Labor Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While celebrating this year\u2019s Labor Day (1st May 2012), Kamonyi Civil Servants spared time to look into their routine structure of work and make some resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>Kamonyi District Mayor Jacques Rutsinga called upon district workers to put greater effort in learning new and better systems of performing their tasks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou need to be more conversant with what you do in order to provide the best services possible.\u201d Said the district boss<\/p>\n<p>Kamonyi District Human Resource Manager Samuel Mujyambere urged his fellow civil servants to endeavor meeting the set targets since their produce amounts into the overall district\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<p>Through a brain storming sessions, several workers raised suggestions some of which were made resolutions like;<\/p>\n<p>A need to keep time both departure and arrival time to work<\/p>\n<p>A need to single out a special day meant for a group of visit of the district\u2019s several projects.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, all workers of Kamonyi nominated the district\u2019s best worker of the year of which General Secretary Francine Karigirwa emerged the winner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While celebrating this year\u2019s Labor Day (1st May 2012), Kamonyi Civil Servants spared time to look into their routine structure of work and make some resolutions.
